but to draw them completely from scratch, without any heavy references, style choices, traits etc. outside of a few details, in my opinion constitutes as creating an adopt or character designing!
i don't like doing this as i get attached to my designs and may want to repurpose them etc. , please keep that in mind!
i'm not mad or anything just explaining one of my commission rules in more depth! :) I did enjoy making this character though! She is very cute!
