The first page is the wallpaper cover featuring Elyzabith holding Princess Claire and the rest of the pages show the chapter beginning with Princess Claire making an impassioned plea for an interstellar alliance between the Deva and the Equusarians.
If anyone is a fan of the side comic "A Hard Lesson" featuring Elyzabith, you'll see a reappearance of the teacher from that comic sitting on the Equusarian Council.
