February Concept Art #1: The Priestess of Mee'hai

This character and the Deva nobility last week are part of 'The Moon Council,' a council of priestesses who Leleshara mentioned shortly at the end of last chapter. Next chapter (starting in March!) we will finally get to see the Moon Council in action and get a glimpse into Deva politics on Zerzura. They wont be main characters like Leleshara, Anirah or Sae'lise, but they have important roles to play in the metaplot.
