August Concept Art 2

From now on, I will be directly messaging the exclusive rewards directly to patrons to make sure everyone gets the rewards they are supposed to. This character was originally going to be the Chief Medical Officer, but I've decided to replace her with a Duchess character (Nona) who largely wanted to fill the same role. So, for now, this is just a really big boobed medical nurse who has yet to be reassigned to a new role in the story.
