My experience with Gravel on the Cheap

I went and bought a Gravel bike, it's very cheap and this is the review. I used to slate Gravel riders, now I'm one of them. I can see why it's popular now.

thx, that is what I thought, much appreciated

I think the frame is basically over engineered. It's structurally sound. It's not the best clean manufacture but then again the cost is so low, it's 1/8th the cost of a Time Frame and the Time frame is not 8 times better.

damn...at 69 years old. I am going to buy a bike and ride I suspect quite a bit, maybe even some Masters competition (knowing my competitive nature) I am trying to be semi reasonable in my purchase (will build out frameset myself with SRAM force or the like) I probably will be conservative re frame geometry haha, and probably will pedal etc a Retul bike with prospective geometry just to be sure. On paper I sort of have it narrowed down to Lightcarbon road frameset (best deal and custom paint color), Look 765 Optimum, or Basso Astra. Any thoughts...maybe throw an old man a bone. Oh, will definitely be getting a Hambini racing BB, and drifts and tools to assemble and maintain my bike. Thanks heaps and regardless of your answer or non answer will keep being a huge fan, and I married my hairdresser
