Hotbar Profile Editor
And speaking of hotbars, all players who use DarqUI have access to the Hotbar Profile Editor in the DarqUI utility. Here you can share hotbar layouts between characters, rearrange their order, or pick one hotbar as a model for instantly reconfiguring all the others. It's pretty amazing!

And while we're on the subject of hotbars, Darq Side members have several convenience settings that make it much easier to manage settings for all hotbars from within the game. Reset the size of all hotbar icons at once, show/hide all spinner controls, allow/disallow icon dragging, and show/hide all hotbars with one click using the enhanced Window Manager:
