June 19 UPDATE
Some players discovered an issue that was throwing .NET errors. As it turns out, if you have any characters that were still on the tutorial boat and certain other locations when they last logged out, you may be affected when using v3.1.3.6 of the utility.
Version 3.1.3.7 is now available which will correct this bug. Thanks to several players who stepped up in Discord and helped us quickly find the bug!
June 18
Please note: These instructions are being presented ahead of the new server's launch, with certain assumptions about how things will work. We will be downloading and logging in for the first time on June 19 along with everyone else, so if the instructions need to be adjusted we'll correct this post as soon as possible.
The much anticipated Origins 2006 server, Anashti Sul, has been released! For those who will be traveling back to a simpler time in Norrath, I know you'll want to get DarqUI and EQ2MAP up and running as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know:
DarqUI Utility v3.1.3.7 or higher will be required in order to use DarqUI successfully on the new Anashti Sul server. You can download it here.
Choose your EverQuest II gameplay scenario:
If you will play only on Live servers
You don't need to do anything. You don't have to use utility v3.1.3.7 although it's recommended that you upgrade. If you do upgrade, choose Live, Test or Beta when the Server Type prompt appears.

If you will play only on the Origins server
If EverQuest II is not already installed on your system, install it from the LaunchPad and select the Origins game version (see image below). Download DarqUI utility v3.1.3.7 and drop it into the EverQuest II\UI\ folder. Don't run it yet.

After you have created a character and logged in to Anashti Sul at least once, log out and run DarqUI setup from the utility. When the Server Type prompt appears, choose Origins.
If you will play on Live and Origins servers
1. In your currrent EverQuest II (Live) game folder, drop a copy of utility v3.1.3.7 into the \UI\ folder and run it. Choose Live, Test or Beta when the Server Type prompt appears. Check for updates as usual and close the utility.
2. Create a second EverQuest II installation alongside (not inside) your current game folder. The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste your existing EverQuest II game folder. Name the second installation something like EverQuest II_Origins.

3. If you copied and pasted your Live game folder to create the Origins folder in Step 2, Delete or rename the copied DarqUI_v3 folder. Also delete any folders named logincache, logincache-us, etc.
4. Run the LaunchPad located inside the new game folder and select the Origins game version from Advanced Tools (see above LaunchPad image). Drop a copy of DarqUI utility v3.1.3.7 into the \UI\ folder if it's not already there from the copy/paste. Don't run it yet.
5. Create a character and log in to Anashti Sul at least once, then log out and run DarqUI setup. When the Server Type prompt appears, choose Origins.
Darq Side Patrons: On the initial DarqUI setup window, click the small Patreon logo and add your premium key before continuing. This will make your custom setup go much more smoothly.

Note that you can only run one copy of the utility at a time. The titlebar indicates which installation you are configuring:
Live: DarqUI Unified Utility
Origins: DarqUI Unified Utility (ORIGINS)
Test: DarqUI Unified Utility (TESTSERVER)
Beta: DarqUI Unified Utility (BETASERVER)

And finally, if you decided to use your current EverQuest II game folder as your Origins game folder, open the utility to the Settings page and scroll down to the bottom. Make sure the dropdown says Origins, then click Reset files even if the dropdown is already set correctly. This will ensure the UI is coded to be compatible with Origins. You should only have to do this once. When you check for updates, any new files will be correctly coded automatically.

Likewise for the utility in your Live game installation, make sure the dropdown says Live and then click Reset files. You should only have to do this once.
