Update: both of these issues have been fixed, so the component is no longer labeled experimental. Check out the news here
A while back we had some improvements to the premium Conversation and Chat Bubble component, which actually involves an assortment of UI bits and pieces such as quest response buttons, sign boards and even some elements of the Compass. One of the parts that did not get upsized for 2K and 4K resolutions at that time was the overhead nameplate area for players, enemies and other NPCs.
Why not? Well, some of the overhead bits aren't scaling up readily. If you look at the image (click to enlarge), you'll see that even though text, health bars and tier arrows look good, the ornate decorations stay at their normal 1x scale.
Also some names (mostly mercenary names and certain other NPC names) come out clipped at the bottom with apparently no way to capture and adjust those text margins. See the handsome Zhugrus above as an example. Since these appearances are not up to our Darq Side standards, they don't go into the premium distribution.
If you don't care about the decorations, or if you use the tier-arrow con version and can put up with the clipped mercenary text, I have good news. You can now download a "beta" version of the Large or X-Large Conversation piece, which will upsize overhead names, subnames, health/power/threat bars and titles, in addition to everything else. Give it a try!
Editor's note: This selection is now labeled "Experimental" instead of BETA in the updater.

Thanks to Darq Side member Alderin who made the request originally in Discord.
Also, just a reminder that the 2K (Large) version DarqUI files are a great alternative even if you don't have a true 2K monitor. Resolutions such as 1680x1050 can definitely accommodate the slightly larger (130%) format, if the normal size UI is causing any eye strain.
By the way, I've heard that for some reason Zhugrus is still an eligible bachelor. I have no idea why.
