To be fair - "Tall, dark, handsome and competent demon slayer" is probably someone even Ravens problematic subconciousness agrees is dateworthy.

Buffy better up her game after this because Starfire is making more buffyisms per conversation than Buffy has, even if she's an alien who just learned English by basically magic. Or just introduce Starfire to Giles so she can watch him wince. Hmm, was Buffy referencing 'Mein Kampf' when she said "He was hunting down the evil mastermind behind the cult who was egotistical enough to write and publish a book on it?", or was it that she has met so many egotistical evil guys that she wouldn't be surprised if that actually happened? And yes Monday is now better!

2024-07-15 23:45:08 +0000 UTCWas a little odd that they didn't consider Alexander and Xander could possibly be the same person. Then again comic book heroes tend to be idiots most of the time. Only time they seem intelligent is when they get written as beating the bad guy because he's an even bigger idiot. Though they'll usually say the person they're beating is a genius of some sort to make them look more intelligent for it.

2024-07-15 22:24:01 +0000 UTCThat was a nice end to that bit. Though I was sad that Cyborg didn't recognize Xanders name when Buffy said it, as Harmony had just been wailing on him with a hammer for attacking Xander. Still always amazing to see the problems in others you can't see in yourself.
