Housing Window and Tooltip Scaling

The description in the center can seem oddly out of scale no matter which size window you've chosen. But it's not a scaling error. It looks this way because the middle part is actually a tooltip! That's right, the designer of the Housing window decided to grab the tooltip frame and nail it up in the window instead of creating new widgets from scratch. Pretty resourceful if you ask me.
But that means your tooltip scaling determines what you see there. Did you know you can change it on a whim? By default your tooltips are automatically scaled based on your resolution, but there's a way to make your complex item/spell/etc tooltips easier to see, or make them smaller if they're getting out of control. Check out the Options window settings in the pic above.
If you uncheck the auto-scaling checkbox, you can adjust the size of your complex tooltips (not the plain little text ones). If they're hard to read, this will fix you up no matter what resolution you're running. Now go buy that Maj'Dul Vacation Villa you've been eyeing.
