With Sprinkles 38
Added 2024-04-03 17:09:53 +0000 UTCSorry for the delay had some stuff going on at home and got sick. No idea what it was but I hallucinated that one of my housemates was the Avatar and that I could rewrite reality by writing a Soccer Manga. I'm almost positive both of those are false now, so I think I've recovered.
Plotted out and working on HP Egger and Aegis at the moment but somehow wrote an entire chapter of With Sprinkles... which I went over several times because I only remember writing a third of it at most.

There is no real logic that works with the mechanics of time and dimension travel, the power pretty much comes from nowhere as it doesn't really deplete the land in any noticable way while providing him with more power than most gods enjoy, but rest assured if he tried to munchkin things reality itself would smack him down for his hubris.

2024-04-05 21:23:54 +0000 UTCI'm enjoying this story a lot. Thank you for writing it. I do have a question based on your interpretation of a poorly described game mechanic. For purposes of story, you've stated that when dawn reaches the place where Xander is currently, he gets all of his mana back. He now has access to a number of vehicles that travel faster than the planet rotates. Does this mean he can wake up in Cali and get all his mana back, burn it all, fly to Hawaii faster than then sun gets there, experience dawn, get all his mana back, burn it all, fly to Japan faster than the sun gets there, get all his mana back, burn it all, fly to Tibet, etc, etc? How exactly did it work in space on the Firefly? If it's related to the timezone where his land is, he should get a trickle of mana back all day long instead of one big charge first thing in the morning. Great stories make enquiring minds want to know!

2024-04-04 06:58:24 +0000 UTCI'm actually a little disappointed that regeneration worked. This seems like a case that white healing would have been more effective. Green should bring them to optimum health, but that has been so lowered that healing a 0-1 creature back to that, where the latter brought them back to the healthiest they've ever been, which seems the better way of reverting the genetic damage. Either that or using cleanse to remove debuffs as their cost to stats seem horrible. Four mana for a 0-1 or 1-1 creature is hugely high, so they might be something like 3-2 with a genetic damage debuffs of -3--1 or something like that.
