I'm embarrassed that it took me this long to figure out what the port-a-potty was for! He should fill the bottom tank with sand or concrete to really stabilize it. Even better when he gets a classic Police Call Box he can use one of the exterior sides as the door to the Sweet Home and play with the actual interior to make it mind blowingly awesome.
