Anyone who has seen my snap story today will know I have been up all night sick! 😷 I have been in bed all day just genuinely feeling crappy and not having any energy to move or do anything! But I remembered, you gotta look after yourself! When fighting mentally, a physical illness can really effect you and your day but don't let it win. Fight back!
Here is a little list of things to try to remember when your physically or mentally ill or both like me today! I hope they can help in some way ❤️
• Do something you enjoy, even just one little thing!
•watch a feel good movie
•treat yourself to something
• take a relaxing bath with extra bubbles
•eat your favourite food (if you can keep it down!)
•listen to happy music
•go for a walk
• read a few chapters in a book
•start watching a new series you think looks good
•take a nap
•play a game you like
•or just message a friend or call someone for a chat 💕
It can be so hard to take that first move and get yourself going but I promise you it's better than being left sitting alone or lying down in bed with your mind overthinking! You deserve to be looked after, so do it!
Ive promised myself that tomorrow I'm going to try and make an effort to wear some pretty make up and do some 3D printing! Make a promise to yourself too 😊
Stay strong and please remember that I do really care about you, it's like another family for me coming on here and opening up to you guys and recieving lots of support back! I'm so thankful 😇
