I hate having BDD I literally want to change so many things about myself π Again I'm always saying sorry for lack of posting much but I promise it really will get better - when I get better and I know i will in time and I'll never forget how much you guys stood by me and helped me get through this β€οΈ

Don't apologise, you can't help how you feel, mental health takes priority over everything. I'm a mental health first aider in my work and that's the first thing I've said to a few people that have seeked me out to talk to. Focus on yourself first and get yourself better.
