Paula doesn't like disobeying his favorite aunts rules, so he always wears his suit and tie when she's around. But when he leaves Brackish's side to go hang out with his best friends (Ace, Mutt Bud and Herb) he experiments with all sorts of pretty outfits!!
Don't tell Brackish though!!
