My favorite little subtlety about this is that the "author" neglects the idea of individual command and "glory seeking" in the Terrian army. For instance the over all command designated a retreat at the battle of Blogia however it was the younger subordinates that ordered a counter charge into the Antar heavy calvary and organized a light infantry rear guard action to secure an orderly retreat. Yes as we all know terrian command limits itself with its rules and over all implication of training and forces as discussed in this and previous documents. However specifically regarding dragoons being trained and used as calvary it all depends on the commander and the tactics and seeing as they are mostly trained as calvary would be "better suited" in a calvary role compared to the Takarn counterpart.
