I think what works the best is just DM access for every tier, but with a clear info that you'll try to answer them all, but reserve the right not to. If you'll feel bad, get weird vibes or anything of that sort people should understand that you don't want to talk. It's not the blue service where you're selling your services, it's a support platform. If someone makes a fuss about not getting the answer, quits when they won't even try to understand why you're not responding/taking your time, it's a natural filter, getting people out of the community that you probably wouldn't want anyway.
