Psalm FE2018 Badge [WIP]

Totally pumped to finish this one up. She came up with some great headlines for it, haha!
BTW I have one more badge WIP left (for Kodalynx, another example I plan to have/use for when I officially open up for orders, which will be another single post) but I just wanted to say that afterwards, the WIPs will be posted in one big post to avoid spamming you all, haha. So fear not!
