Story idea from a dream

So I had a weird but kinda cool dream last night that might make a cool story.
I dream't that I was in a library and was reading a book that was like one of Volkenfox's and T.F's illustrated stories. It was a love story where the prompt was What if the saying "Fat and Happy" was literal, like being happy made you gain weight.
So the story is about a young athletic woman who works at a health spa as a fitness instructor and a new girl gets hired as a deititian/nutritionist but shes chubby "not fat just chubby" and the staff and her clients don't respect her for it. The main Fitness trainer girl starts to fall for her and finds that she's also inexplicably gaining weight.
Everytime their together and the closer the two become the fatter she becomes. Everytime she's sad or unhappy like she embarrasses herself in front of her or her texts don't get responded she starts to loose weight. Then when she thinks that her diet and exercise are working, her self esteem gets better and she finally ask's the new girl on a date she starts gaining weight again.
So there's a lot of complicated emotions going on because being fat makes her miserable "shes thinks the new girl wont like anymore if she's fat" being with her makes her happy but being happy makes her fat lol
