Computers are complicated
Added 2018-04-01 00:23:04 +0000 UTCI might have solved my computer issue and saved some money. I was planning on buying a new computer but turns out my computer is more powerful then any of the ones I could afford.
After a ton of research I think the only thing that's wrong with it is that its running on windows 7 32 bit and upgrading it to windows 7 64 bit might be enough to fix all its problems, probably should upgrade it to windows 10 64 bit just to be safe and I think I finally found someone who has a computer guy that can hook me up.
Hopefully thats all there is to it and then I can run my programs smoothly and do live streaming again.
