Honestly, I feel like this would take a lot of the difficulty out of the game, since most people would very likely just shoot for overstuffing the fairy regardless 😂 It's a fun idea for a separate mechanic, but for this, I feel like the entire card game would need to be reworked to discourage people from just throwing out the craziest number possible

Copying my reply made to XdZarnaxd, because I'm not sure if it shows up on your end: It's cool, though the risk of accidentally popping her if you OVERfeed her would be a good incentive to play strategically, and not just stuff as much into her as possible - like, going over the required number by a great margin (say, >2), will cause the fairy to tap out and refuse to play at lower weights. As her weight goes up, she can endure more and more overfeeding, and she'll be more willing to continue, even if she's overfed. Not sure how many weight stages are you planning for them before they become immobile, but, let's say, after the 3rd stage, they are willing to continue playing, even if they have been overfed at the end of the last round. The benefit of playing it risky, and always feeding the fairy JUST to her limit would be rewarded by a faster weight gain on her part, and visually, by making her bloated (and gassy, if that's turned on for the player). On the other hand, getting the cards JUST right could reward the player with an additional food item, to balance it all out. So, in summary: - getting under the right number of cards causes the player to eat - getting exactly the right number of cards stuffs the fairy, and boons the player an extra food item - the fatter the fairy is, the more calorie-dense the food item is - going over the required number with the cards will render the fairy overstuffed, but she has an upper limit, going over that limit will cause the fairy to quit the game in lower weight stages, but in higher stages, she doggedly eat the food until she pops, ending the game prematurely - the if the fairy had been overstuffed at an earlier stage, and quit the game, she'll be willing to pay again if the player comes back (maybe a day later?), but if the player pops her, she'll be replaced by another fairy, restarting the whole gaining process - getting JUST to her limit with the numbers results in an overstuffed, bloated fairy that gains weight faster, and is also bloated and gassy - the margin of how much extra food she can eat rises with each weight stage (2 at her starting, weight, 3 at her second, 4 at her third, and so on...) I'm not sure if this is implementable or not...
