It'd be good for the party to have a healer, and having an entire shortstack gang would mean very little body type variety.
So in this one very specific scenario, we might have to veto Option C in favour of variety.
Democracy is dead and we killed it.

XD We'll see. Just a suggestion though. Feel free to disregard. Either way, looking forward to see what options we have for our Warlock gal and possibly our PC. Not to mention NPCs abound!

2024-04-26 23:40:08 +0000 UTCI intend to have this pretty heavily D&D-inspired, but I won't be afraid to deviate quite a bit! Paladins will have magic, but a strong majority of it will be based around buffs, protection, and attacking! Clerics will definitely be the specifically-healing-magic-centered parts of the roster. Honestly, a paladin could easily be a healer, but I definitely want to have some variety in the body shapes for the party as a main thing.

2024-04-26 22:15:17 +0000 UTCThat's true, but who know's how close to DnD Dandy is sticking. Far as we know, Paladin could just mean "Religious Fighter" with no actual magic at all. Lots of other fantasy systems and media do that. Plus, Guns did put swords out for a reason. And who knows, Maybe a Hexblade-esque warlock for the frontline, or if we get the Monster Tamer Gunslinger, we can have lots of beasties to keep our lovely ladies safe.

Of course, variety is a thing we should keep in mind to prevent the same body over and over again. Don't get me wrong, we all love short stacks, but I was more so thinking A or C to have a tanky healer.
