Supporter Newsletter - Feb, 2022

Hello there everyone, I'm back! And it is time once again to summarize the last month! 

General Updates:

I did quite a good number of things last month, art wise, and that makes me feel very happy, because it is very much closer to how I actually want to operate my stuff. It did wear me out a little bit though, specially since I had to kind of rush some stuff out to account for my vacation. 

Which as some of you may know, I went on a little vacation trip and got some much needed rest. I really needed that because life can be very overwhelming sometimes and that can really affect my work flow, I was feeling way too stressed out all the time and my mind was just not working the way I wanted, so this trip helped me get away from all that stress for a bit. I feel very relieved already, and I hope I can get to stay calmer. 

This trip is also part of my 'getting my shit together' plan that I mentioned on the previous Newsletter.  

About my Art:

I've decided that starting this month I'm gonna stop making so many new WIPs and am gonna focus on working on the tons of other projects I already have pilled up. Sketches and doodles can still happen, but I don't wanna commit to making new "projects" until I've cleared at least 80% of the stuff that I have to be done. 

There's some stuff here that I posted a WIP for months ago, some even a whole year... So yeah, I need to get to those. 

On other (self-improvement) updates:

I'm trying to stay positive as best as I can, but it is very hard not to fall back into the depressing loop I was before, as life can be very stupid sometimes, and the minor inconveniences just keep on hammering on my back, sometimes even making me question whether I should keep going or just let it all go... But I try not to entertain these thoughts too much, as they can get very scary sometimes. I can only hope that I can get better and happier.

For that I'm making all the necessary changes to lay out the ground for my better physical and mental health. I still feel the weight of all the things I mentioned on my last SN, but hopefully they'll all wear out with time. Please do feel free to come and talk to me if you want to. Can be about anything, really. Getting to talk to people might also help me, as I do tend to feel lonely quite a lot after all.  

I've also been considering going to therapy... But this is something that I need to give some better thought. So for now I'll just leave it at that. I'll let you people know if I decide to take this action. 

Goals

We haven't achieved any goals just yet! 

If you have a suggestion for a goal, feel free to let me know, I'm always listening! Sometimes it's hard to come up with these all on my own. x-x
