Supporter Newsletter - Nov, 2021

Hello there, on the month of September there wasn't much going on. so I didn't post this summary on October. So this time I'll be summarizing the last 2 months instead (well, mostly October, since like I mentioned, September was kinda dull)! 

• General Updates:

The Tier/Plan Restructure is now up. I also updated my Discord server to better accommodate all the changes and to make it easier to view what content belongs to what tier. 

The previous Scarlet Devil tier is now gone, as mentioned in the link above, and Scarlet Spice and Meister were both renamed to accommodate that change as well.

This tier might come back at some point if there's any demand for it, but it shall remain gone for the time being. You can read more about this change in the Restructure post. Please give it a read if you haven't, as I go into some very important things regarding my future steps with these platforms. Your opinion is very valuable to me, so feel free to let me know your thoughts!

• About my Art:

I had to go into a brief hiatus last month because I wasn't feeling too great (more on this on the topic below) and thus I only posted a handful of arts. I decided I need to start focusing on one thing at a time instead of gunning for many things at once. It's very easy for me to lose track of things or simply forget about others, so this change might actually really improve my workflow.

I've been also trying to be a little more talkative about my updates and progress on my arts. I updated some WIPs here and been posting other minor updates almost daily on the supporter-exclusive channels on my Discord.

I still have one commission to work on from my previous batch and so that will be what I work on next.

I'll also be holding more polls from now on for people to let me know what they'd like to see the most from me. I got some big plans (as mentioned on my Restructure post) and will start with them very soon. The Suggestions Box will be opened soon as well and I plan to link that with the Polls as well, so feel free to send me your suggestions when that is up.

• On other (self-improvement) updates:

I've been trying to avoid being on the internet too much lately, it wasn't doing much good to my mental health (which was already kinda bad because of some personal stuff). I felt really depressed, anxious and unmotivated to do anything for about a week or two.

I'm doing a lot better now thankfully, and being away more also allowed me to think more clearly about what I wanna do. For example, the Tier Revamp mentioned above.

I am also a little upset though because due to my situation last month, I ended up missing Yphy's bday (on the 18th). I'll still work on the project I was gonna do for her bday, but it'll be very far off from the actual date. Sorry Yphy, my love. ><

• About Commissions:

I'm still pondering on whether altering my commission model, as previously mentioned is a good move or nah. Chances are it might stay as is until this year ends, I kind of wanna give it more thought before I go on or not with it. 

And again, if you have any suggestions of other commission types I could add to this, feel free to let me know.

Just like the Suggestions Box, I might also make Commissions a proper Form too, to make it simpler to send me a commissions request, and I'm also looking into creating a Skeb too. I'll let you all know if and when I do.

Goals

We haven't achieved any goals just yet but patience is a virtue, as they say! So let's keep going!

And also, as things go on I might even update or add some new goals as well!

If you have a suggestion for a goal, feel free to let me know, I'm always listening! Sometimes it's hard to come up with these all on my own. x-x
