Let's establish the rules: Tier 3 suggest a character, each of them can suggest one
Tier 2 can suggest a transformation or something the character does, say hypnosis, bimbos, whatever you want
Once this is done, both things will be put to a vote separately and from each of the votes, it will be decided what content the art of August will have~
