2020-02-25 03:07:40 +0000 UTCI watched this. It wasn’t hypnosis. It was just focused relaxation. I have insomnia because I can’t stop thinking about work after I go to bed. Nina is just very good at helping people de-stress and refocus on something else, namely her voice. Seriously, isn’t hypnosis really just focused relaxation? I have trouble with the whole idea of people being made to do things or not remembering what they’ve done. In my opinion, people who do silly things on stage are using hypnosis as the excuse for acting out.

It's strange, though, that she titled this one 'Magic Crystals - Sleep Hypnosis' even though she said she was not trying to hypnotize us this time.
