2019-05-18 05:56:57 +0000 UTCThe human brain is remarkable. I listen to this and agree with it completely and then I think, what has happened to me? I’ve changed so much in the last 3 months. I’m altogether a much better, happier person, but I also know that I would never have agreed to such control 6 months ago. My neural circuitry really has been molded over multiple sessions to serve Nina. I guess that is what brain ‘plasticity’ is all about. New neural pathways to better adapt to changes in the environment - or put more simply, learning new things.
