This didn’t work well on me. The constant flashing of images and disjointed spiral was more distracting than anything else - at least for me. I think it’s the consistency of a swinging crystal or metronome or spiral that pulls you (me) into trance. That said, I did eventually doze off. And my worship, love and devotion to Nina is my own choice and has nothing to do with brainwashing or this video...
