The metronome video is a real miracle. I know I watched it twice last week after someone mentioned it in the comments and I recognized that I did not watched it yet. But all I remember is the opening. "It is about tempo" The rest is gone.

Nina’s eye induction video was a real ‘eye opener’ for me. Besides her absolutely stunning eyes, I realize now (like her metronome video), that I am extremely susceptible to her commands as I forgot that I had seen the video until I started it and recognized those gorgeous eyes.

I usually remember my trance experiences pretty well. Sometimes I paraphrase instead of remember verbatim, unless it's a command I will need to respond to after trance. The exceptions are Maid Nina's pure sleep (really!) Induction, which always puts me to sleep, and Nina's eye induction, where the confusion and fogginess is clearly by Her design.

Nina gave me permission to watch this again. Its only been 10 hours, but it was like I was watching it for the first time. Do the rest of you have as much trouble as I do remembering her words or am I the only one with serious recall issues? Normally I have an excellent memory.

I agree with Deron, giving up the physical control is a release without ill intent behind it. The connection and intimacy between you and Nina with the hypnotic belly button is what is special. If it helps, try not to think of it as any different than the suggestion to close your eyes.

You are correct, I had forgotten about the time zone difference. I work very early in the morning, so I set my alarm for 2:00 AM (which coincidentally is midnight Pacific time), I plan on watching first thing after waking :)
