I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone with their coat totally buttoned up except for maybe a lab technician. I’m not trying to be critical, just hopefully offering a little constructive criticism for any future doctor video you might do. Plus, with your gorgeous figure, you would entrance any patient..., so don’t hide it. Many a woman doctor with attractive breasts wear low tops, usually just showing a hint thru a regular button down shirt. I think they do it just to screw with our minds... 😳
