Nina’s weight loss video has deeply impacted my ‘unconscious’ eating. I don’t eat mindlessly anymore. I eat until I’m full and then stop... and I’m losing weight slowly and steadily as it should be. I will just have to get over resisting her as the benefits to me have been enormous. I’m like a different person - all positive changes in eating and exercise. It’s miraculous.

I couldn't bring myself to stop listening even after the recording was finished, so I left it on a loop as I slept, letting Mistress Nina's brainwashing program my helpless, sleepy subconscious mind all night long. There is no better feeling in the world than slipping endlessly under Nina's control.

I felt an ever-growing compulsion say how good it feels on the YouTube site. When I typed the words I honestly could FEEL a tingle of Bliss.
