7/11 Polyrhythms

I take you through exactly how to play 7 against 11, and hopefully inspired you a little bit to try out polyrhythms of your own. We go through things like the composite rhythm, and tools for feeling it across different kinds of polyrhythms.
I'm not kidding, I probably spent the most time on this one video out of any video I have ever uploaded. I hope you enjoy!
