Each queen was challenged to present 3 looks on the runway: Mixed Bag, Money Bags, and Bag Eleganza. The queens brought the first two bag runways, and created the bag eleganza look in the workroom. right! I think that is definitely why she won. Had utica taken i think a more... specific and "linear" approach she would have got this win
