Tier 3's Delayed Commissions (again)

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to finish all the Tier 3 commissions yet. As I mentioned in my last blog post, I will be temporarily deleting the Tier 3 until I complete all the pending commissions.
All commissions have already been properly recorded, so there’s no need to worry about any being lost.
