Hope you're all having an awesome week so far :)
Here is the early episode this week, just in time for John's birthday tomorrow! I hope you enjoy it!! Yay!!!! I'm taking him out for breakfast and then to a little plunge pool place, where you can take a dip in an ice bath and then hot sauna! I think it'll be right up his alley. He's the big 3-4! I'll wish him a HB to him from you all ๐ฅฐ and try to get a sneaky snap for you all! hehe!
As the years creep up on us, John and I have taken it upon ourselves to start eating a little healthier, and perhaps skip the ice-cream and crisps... (gosh, its not easy!) we've also been going for walks and doing exercise more frequently for our mental health. Since being back on land, and working for myself and editing most days, I spent A LOT of time alone.. and so, I noticed it was really wearing me down.
Some long term goals I set this week:
- Exercise 4x a week
- Listen to music more often
- Set designated editing/working hours (don't work into the night)
- Get back into learning Spanish
- Read a book 2x a week
- And as mentioned, eat healthier (cut out sugars)
If you have any other tips or rituals, I'd love to hear them! Also, for anyone who watches Sailing La Vagabonde, I caught up with Elayna a few times while in Bali after meeting her in Annapolis last month. It was really cool to connect with her away from the crowds, to chat about life, work and play! (I think John and Riley may have been a little jealous! hahaha!) But now that they're going to be based closer to Australia, I hope we get to connect more often :) She's a really cool chick!

Aghhhh! Thatโs such a good app! I actually used it onboard Tucana for the year as I got a 1 yr free membership! ๐๐ Iโll keep you posted on my progress ๐๐

2022-11-26 07:50:18 +0000 UTCI use the "Centr" app by Chris Hemsworth for my workout routine. It does meal planning, and assignes you a workout every day. You can also do calisthenic workouts if you're on the go and can't get to a gym. I'm not sure about offline mode if you're away from wifi, I think it would still work but it would just not show the video examples. It's $100 a year, TOTALLY worth it!!!
