We have some news..................

Sad but also VERY EXCITING.... We have officially sold Tucana! A very bittersweet journey, but John and I are already trying to line up a new toy! ⛵️ Even though we have so much for of our Aussie trip to share with everyone... yikes! We're still trying to keep it all hush for now.

Anywho, what can I tell you about the sale?! Well, the couple who purchased her are from Melbourne. They're looking to keep Tucana up in Brisbane over the winter (winter is great time to sail in the state of Queensland as the weather is warm and temperate) so we'll still be very close to her (just a 30 minute drive!). The couple are wanting to sail Tucana back down to Melbourne in the summer (around November). So.. it seems Tucana will go back to the place where John and I started our sailing journey, OUR OLD HOME!

The survey went really well! I've added some photos of Tucana on the slip. John did a stellar job backing her in with just 25cm room on either side!!!! It was pretty unreal (a proud moment). Let me know if you have any questions about the sale, it was a pretty smooth process, but took a while because of our trip to Greece.
