Added 2022-01-17 15:59:12 +0000 UTCGuy! Iβve left Tucana & John for two weeks to work down in Melbourne at the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam for 2022!! This is the first time in 9 months Iβve been away from John for more than 5 hours!!!!!!!! π€£ Can you believe it?!
On a side note, the pay is going to help fund new upgrades on Tucana which will be FABULOUS - a new dodger and bimini perhaps?! We are constantly getting burnt and looking like π βs! We also have a few leaks on board we need to fix π₯΅ and a growing lost of maintenance jobs to attend to.
Unfortunately Iβm unable to film my time here, due to confidentiality agreements etc, so I wonβt be able to share my experience at the Aus Open on YouTube or on my Instagram etc. So this post is our little secret! But, my Tennis stories will be aired daily online and perhaps on your local news stations (worldwide) with our global partners! Also here are some pics from the last couple of days. The AusOpen team is incredible and the food is delicious!
Also, I have my laptop with me, so Iβll be editing next weeks sailing episode in my down time at my accommodation. ππ€ΈββοΈ Itβs weird being back on land!!!
