Scott's referenced "Marine World Africa USA" started out as Marine World, later merged with Africa USA (which was failing), and they combined the names. They went belly up and the city of Vallejo hired Six Flags to run it - under the name Six Flags Marine World. Later they rebranded as Six Flags Discovery Kingdom which is what it is today.
