I’m very late to the party for this, but the reason you don’t see The Drew Carey show anywhere is because of the musical rights. There are numerous musical cues and numbers that were done throughout the years so the cost to clear those rights are apparently astronomical. Only the first season and a best-of are available on DVD. Reruns were shown on a channel called Laff, but those stopped a couple of years ago. It’s a shame because it’s my favorite sitcom (at least the episodes up until Kate/Christa Miller left).
