It appears the three of you are woefully unacquainted with a performer whose style, I think, would be right up your collective alley. Start with 1934's It's a Gift, then do Man of the Flying Trapeze. I think you'll find his films hold up just as good (dare I say perhaps even better) than the Marx Brothers. And that's saying something! Anyhow, other than that don't change a thing.
