my mom tells me that back in the late 70s my uncle jumped up and grabbed the dirty foot and they stopped the ride to yell at him.

2021-10-05 02:17:06 +0000 UTCThe Dirty Foot Pirate has terrified me since I was a child, Even now as a middle aged adult, I have to steel myself as my boat goes under him. I have on at least one occasion gotten stuck directly under him when the boats got severely backed up and it is the most uncomfortable and alarmed I have ever been in the park. So... I am so glad you guys devoted an episode to this noteworthy animatronic.
