Categorizing The Nazis

I made a quick follow-up video to my last one while I do other research on the side. Since I had already done the research for this one it freed me up to focus on the production more this time too. Let me know how you guys like it.

Updating the path again, I'm actually planning on covering Wittgenstein's duck-rabbit next and then Soros after that.

Edit: I reuploaded the video after becoming aware that the first had a spelling mistake.

I think that the artistic movement that led to Fascism is also an important part of what Fascism is. Maybe there is also a generic kind of fascism that doesn't need to include it, but then I don't really think there is a need to generalize fascism. I don't think it would make sense to call societies of the past fascist, even though there were many totalitarian societies that had a national consciousness based on a myth(or at least the equivalent of nationalism for whatever kind of political organization they had). Racism doesn't really have anything to do with fascism. Most large political units are underpinned by some kind of tribalism, and when a racially homogenous political unit interacts with another one, there is always some kind of racism, and it's usually not as subtle as it is in modern western countries. This is not uniquely fascist. Futurism and the attitude/vibe associated with it made Fascism unique. I don't think there is any other political regime that was animated by the same artistic movement to that extent. I don't think that 'fascism' is a useful political category in the way that communism is. Communism has a clear meaning and is actually applicable to many countries. I think that Fascism is a political movement with a unique personality. Of course if you just give it a definition, then it can be used in that way. The problem is that most people don't actually think of fascism with that definition. People really just use it to describe overbearing government, or just something bad. Since it's so misunderstood, it is a useless term altogether. If you throw the word around a lot then most people will not actually understand what you mean.

Doesn't that mean that North Korea is also fascist?
