It’s survey time - tell us what you want in the coming months

Good news! We are ramping up our production schedule and capacity to get your files ready as early as possible every month.

To do so, we are now charging ahead and we are beginning to sculpt several weeks (and in the future, maybe several months) in advance.

Not only is this great news, but it means that we need you now!!!!

Please jump to this pretty survey to give us your feedback.

If you’re OK with anything you do, just choose that option on the 2nd screen - it will take you right to the end of the survey - boom, you’ll be done in 10 seconds!

Otherwise, going through the questions should be less than 2 minutes.

Feel free to then come back here and comment to share your thoughts.

PS/ Also, as promised, I will share a new post with more details about potential SciFi releases in just a few days.

The Gods/Monsters of India, or Steampunk

Clay LeBrun

I agree Blake I have issues with broken files on all downloads that are not through MMF. I'm giving it one more month before I give up on Raging Heroes.

Big Kris Bee

I don't care what you make. I want cloud storage so I can download everything again to fill app the gaps I have from missing files

Blake Moody

This would awesome! So much cool imagery

Blake Winters

Aztec for me. lots of feathers, animal skins, alters, carvings.

William Grant

I don’t think this patron has done an “actual D&D” release before, which makes them different than EVERY OTHER fantasy Patreon out there. Unique is good. (And, contrary to popular opinion, not everyone plays D&D.)

B. Griffith

Huh? Which sets?

Scott Jeffs

The "Actual D&D" theme has been done to the death... twice ;-)

Pawel

The bad thing about fantasy is that it's been done to death. The good thing about fantasy is the wealth of variety out there work with. What I haven't actually seen here at Infinite Heroes or RH is an ACTUAL D&D theme. You know, some cool, colorful adventuring heroes/heroines, some sidekicks, some steeds...just stuff that any D&D player (not necessarily the dungeon master) would like to have and that other players wouldn't think either too over the top to be realistically taken seriously in the game nor too under-detailed to be interesting...

Scott Jeffs

I would love to see a Van Helsing theme.

George Crego

Do a separate Patreon for Sci-if then you can see who really wants it. I for one am here for the Fantasy models.

Jon Letham

Scifi (cyperpunk or post apocalyptic) would be really fun

Devin Kaminsky

I'd like something Witcher-esque for my Symbaroum (and other games) campaign. There's more than enough D&D & Warhammer elsewhere

Richie

Sci fi anything would be really nice. There is such a saturation of fantasy models. Would be amazing to hit a sci fi theme outside the 40k universe (like the Cyberpunk I missed!)

Joshua Love

I will keep supporting anything and everything you put out. I won't lie, but I would love to see some superhero themed stuff.

Tim Smith

I'm interested in seeing some sci-fi stuff once and a while

Aaron White

that could be fun

Aaron White

yes!!!!!!

Michael Abraham

Ancient Hindu culture, Maurya empire would be amazing!

Rene Bird

I 2nd this motion Finn Mac Cool would be amazing!

Anthony Donovan

This is a fantastic idea!

Anthony Donovan

I want the backup site! 😀🤘🏻

Christopher Barnes

Sci-fi sexy space elves PLS :P

Marco Giardina

I don't know how much it'd be hard to do but I'd love you to dig into the A Song of Ice and Fire folklore a mythos!

Jeffrey St-Louis

Samurai & amazons

Studio Silvernale

Omg yes yes yes yes yes please a dark elves release/a second spider queen release! 🥰🥰🥰 🧝🏿‍♀️ 🕷

l_atwood

Might be cool to do a few monthly releases that are focused on a particular species or monster type. For example: Minotaurs of all kinds, with different gear/armor/clothing and action poses. Also Minotaur-like variants that put a twist on the species theme for bosses or mounts or similar (i.e. a Minotaur-Centaur hybrid, a two-headed Minotaur Ettin hybrid, a winged Minotaur Celestial, etc.). Another example: Zombies... same idea as with the minotaurs: lots of variation on gear/clothing/armor, numerous action poses, and variations (i.e. rotten zombie versions of ogres, minotaurs - lol, dragons, giants, naga, horses, anything, et. al.) The species/type theme could be broad enough so someone could print an army or all the denizens for a swamp (a la Lizardfolk) or underwater (a la Sahuagin), etc. etc. Just thinking out loud...

Alex A

I would like a Dino person that could have multiple Dino heads and multiple tails and multiple arms and legs so I could do an army of Dino people lol

Michael Abraham

Filled it out. I joined this for the Fantasy models. No real interest in Sci-fi models or steampunk/west themes. I would like to see units that feature multiple poses with command groups.

Jon Letham

Dark SciFi Western - like Marshall Bravestarr would be cool. xD

Thomas Tobias Conrad

I’ll agree with that. A lot of the Greek ones seemed very clever with their support (like Morpheus), but many of the Egyptian and Norse models are simply impossible to stick on a base.

B. Griffith

You just made my day! Big time!! 😎

B. Griffith

Cyberpunk release on MMF with shop-wide 60% patrons-only discount coming in on the 15th until the 20th !!

Raging Heroes

Maya/Aztek gods and mythology sounds very appealing but i think also babylonian and summerian mythology would offer some kind of destinctly non GW demon entities, also since your demons and angels releases were themed around fantersy folklore I would find a more jewish interpretation of angels interesting, winged entities with hundreds of eyes on their weellike bodies or something alike

Heinrich Bouterwek

If you do a 2nd Vikings/Norse set. Please include Ratatoskr. Also more themed Heroes similar to what you included in the Egyptian set

Raymond Rappaport

Love your work. Hope more of the older sets make it myminifactory for purchase. missed out on the june 60% off.

Joe Brown

lovecraft would also be cool. lots of options for investigators, cultists, monsters, Nobel men/women, I ended up sculpting from scratch a Cthulhu model as alot of companies that have tried to do it justice haven't quite got it right

russell harris

raiders, I know the theme has been done already a few years back with the jailbirds but that was a really amazing set of models and it would be great to have more of that theme to expand the range.

russell harris

I mean The Morrigan is just begging for the HI treatment

eyflfla

The only thing that Really brothers me is that you can't Really place minis on bases a lot of time... more connecting points / stones on the model would be awesome.

Mergoth

Thank you very mich for your hint, but honestly, im am not very happy with their interpretations…i hope for better ones by HI 😊👍

Marc Schneider

There are some undead miniatures that you can hardly find. Like a proper Ghoul Queen or Zombie Queen. Also Maya?Aztec warriors and Gods might be intersting. Mix gender troops also.

Mihai Dan

City market, knights tournament, a fantasy creature based on your mythology sets, more mythology. Cultural sets of folklore Babylon, Philippines, German, Irish, Scottish, Romanian so many the list is endless. The so called Dand D can also be done but in reality any cultural sets would already give you the majority of creatures considering thats where they were adopted from. True d and d like spell jammer has some unique creatures and the ships could make very beautiful center pieces. Let your imagination run wild.

Darren

The survey was good. Some extra's from me: - Please make coherant groups. Not just mini's for the beauty of each individual. But a group with a story (both for gaming as diorama). Like the Pirates and the Thieves. - Please let the imperial RH shoemaker design a new pair of boots. It seems like everyone in the RH realm wears the same boots. And they are timeless, because they are worn in both fantasy as scifi themes. - The same applies to the leather wristbands with the 3 flaps. - Small scenery like a vehicule or a small tree (with a figurine in or attached to it). Not a big centerpiece. - Some small sceneryparts to use in combination with centerpeices from previous releases, so it can be re-used in the new release. Or some extra parts to re-use the wagon from the Helloween release. - Not only heroes or vilains. Also some characters to complement them: a prisoner, a farmer, a priest, a hunter with a hawk, a mechanic, a smith etc. - A 75 mm buste of some of the most beautiful minis (so far). I know I can make them myself on the computer, but not everyone has that skill. - A group of adventurers existing of different races: dwarf, elf, minotaur, orc, human, wizard, knight. Some horses a cart a fireplace for the night.

Marco van Deutekom

I was thinking it would be really cool to see either Mayan/Aztec or a Mother nature is pissed/dark druids kind of thing

seth erickson

I honestly love seeing the monsters, vehicles and mounts and so on. That's what gets the most use out of me tbh.

Danasaur

It'd be super cool to see Celtic theme (with units of Fiannas and Danu)

Piotr Paradowski

Japanese Mythology, Amaterasu, Yokai, Kitsune, Tengu, Nature Spirits and Ainu inspired. oh, and a funny addition to the vikings, THOR diguised as FREYA. ;)

Fimb ul Kron

Fantasy vehicles! And a giant 'castle' golem with a drawbridge chest and tower body parts and a ballista arm and a catapult shoulder! And the castle it transforms into! In fact all the fantasy themed vehicles can have transformed versions too, fantasy vehicle transformers!

DMmeepo

I’d be happy just having the FIRST set of cyberpunk minis added to MMF.

B. Griffith

Space nuns.

CURTIS CRADDOCK

I agree that D&D is not the best direction for many reasons such as market saturation, high demands from community and strong feelings towards particular races, classess etc. (Basically: please make my hero, please make monsters for my campaign etc...).

Pawel

Generally only thing I'm missing is tasteful NSFW option at least for some releases (like Greek gods or Dark Elves for example). Other than that I'm pretty happy since I like your style and interpretation of different themes so far. As for the survey, while I prefer fantasy over sci-fi I do not mind having mix of both.

Pawel

sisters of eternal mercy

Michael Peterson

With differend races would that be awesome. Maori gnomes, hawaiian minotaurs aso.

Maik

Second that yeah.

Maik

Avatars of War have some orcs and goblins - zombies and bones. And they have started patreon as well not so long ago.

Maik

Second that. Exodites were cool in the 90s.

Maik

Ghamak has some Deamons and warriors for the 4 chaos gods. Here on Patreon and on MyMiniFactory.

Maik

I voted for full Mithology/Fantasy avoiding D&D (I don't need them). A full themed set can be used for a RPG campaign or miniatures army in an equal way while a set of random miniatures not. For D&D will start the war about the release: Who wants elementals, who plants, who undead, who oozes, classes and so on. As you can see, people asks for D&D stuff and others tell them that there is already it made by other artists. Other patreons quitted the pool system due to the lamentations of those who didn't see their choice win (sometimes over 55% like 40% 30% 30%). Even doing this, subscriptions didn't fall down. I like that you of Raging Heroes ask us what we want, really, but think when the same option isn't picked for 4 months consecutively (for example: Smurfs). This will only increase people frustration that voted it. My suggestion is "Do what you like and when you can't decide because they are all good ideas, ask to the community with some sketches if possible, this will help us in our decisions ". Of course this is my opinion that can be shared or not.

Lind

I'd like to suggest Pan Asian themes. Ancient China, Japan, ext... Also Pan-Asian Mythological gods and creatures.

Crimson Ninja

I feel survey wise I was all over the place lol. I do love everything you've put out. Things I would be interested in most is the DnD. Thats where the bulk of our minis are used in general but my husband rarely can find a good fit atm in our campaigns due to them being fairly typical in fare, tho the story is insanely epic. I love orcs but rarely see good females, though we did manage to use one we bought from Raging Heroes ❤ for a retirement version of my character if she makes it 😆 I'd also be interested in a more townscape feel, with the normal fair of tons of people, and something that represents the gritty side of adventure towns. I'm not sure I've seen one unless it's all burned out which means it's abandoned... but I mean like dirty, muddy, gross 1800s nasty! I mean that's how I usual envision the world when you consider the fact none of us are fighting in booty-shorts (actually my character does). And ya know we never see races as anything other than their standard first thought. Half-Orc casters would be amazing. I mean my character is half orc barbarian/druid as per her story. So she swings a viney hafted hammer with a lightning orb and she's sexy for a half-orc while looking intimidating as hell and she's almost 7ft. Tall and toned, not looking like a dude with boobs. Same for female dwarves. Tho someone here gave me a tip where to find some and they were awesome (I got them)! Anyways those are the hard to find things. But there are so many interesting realms within the world that could be created in almost full under these tiers. So... my long winded thoughts! I don't mind wild west, but it's currently not usable for us. Though I know they'd be awesome!

JANUARY A MALONEY

Thanks for the god work and the variety which we got every month. An Samurai Theme would be nice.

Wagner Andreas

Bite The Bullet just did Tieflings and are doing Genasi this month, in case you've missed it

MalkavianLogic

Tieflings. Or Genasi... No one has any good ones... I need a lot

Sharocka Jack

Could you please use myminifactory for pledges you are one of the very few patreons left that do not use it. It's really annoying to try and manage the files outside of it and myminifactory is clearly becoming the industry leader ignoring it just going to cause you to lose patrons.

Lance B

I am aching for some Polynesian style minis, especially Maori or Hawaiian. Large and small boats would make great set pieces too. I think that kind of theming would be awesome from you guys.

Scott Underwood

I want sci fi dark elves.... though I think that will only be wishfull thinking.

Martin M.

Didn´t and didn´t read that they know. Just wanted to inform them ^^

Michael Münch

Took the survey and have a few comments: 1. I really appreciate you reaching out and asking for our opinions. 2. I wish the troops from the overlord tier were a tiny bit more diverse, meaning men and women in the same troop (where it makes sense). Let's take the Vikings: A big, muscular, topless woman would have fit pretty well with the Berserkers. A well armored shieldmaiden wouldn't have hurt the Warriors. Obviously the Valkyries should only be women. 3. I am not against Sci-Fi, but I really didn't like the Cyberpunk stuff. If it's weird aliens and Space Opera stuff (like for example John Carter), I think that would fit really well with your style.

ammut

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have a voice in your amazing work! A theme I would love to see at some point is Sword and Sorcery (Conan, Red Sonja, lost civilizations, etc.)

Stephen Pfann

they asked us not too though.

eyflfla

A Masquerade with a dark twist themed set would awesome.

John Weyen

Would Mesopotamian gods be a possible choice in the future?

George Corder

need a dwarf team ;)

Veraghen JC

Liked the survey. Nicely done. So, on the one hand, I'm going to back the Patreon whatever you do, unless you really go off the rails. But I answered all the questions because on one level I'm OK with whatever you guys create (and can't wait to see it) I do have a few preferences. There are a couple of theme ideas you guys have done that I rather like - 'class' themes and 'terrain' themes. I've enjoyed things like Vikings or Egyptians, but I found I didn't print as many of those ranges. Class themes: Thieves, Knights - I'd like to see you try some other versions of these; spellcasters, priests (though handing all the possible different holy symbols might get complex), barbarians, etc. In essence, I like the 'themed group' feel of these for fantasy - here's a group of casters, who may or may not all be in the same organization, or a group of barbarians, or a band of monks, or a team of rangers. Second, the 'area' or 'terrain' sets - water, heaven, hell. These are my favorite sets you guys have done, hands down. The Angels were works of art in miniature. The water theme is gorgeous. Perhaps air, water, earth sets? More outsiders in the form of Angels 2 or Demons 2? Or more biome centric, like forest/desert/coastal? Up to you guys - I just wanted to put in my vote for this 'type' of release that you've done in the past. They're pretty open ended and I've admired the work you've released for them.

Dustin Ballard

You can repeat the survey endlessly btw.

Michael Münch

I liked all the options.

Joel

I’d like the dark western steampunk theme if it matched those day of the dead mariachi gunslinger girls. Maybe not even steampunk but like a full themed sororitas release

Aubrey Ramage Lay

Could we have a Viking Theme but replace it all with Minotaurs? So a Minotaur version of Thor, Odin, etc... That would be AMAZING!

Wytch

A set of Slavic mythology would be an awesome thing to have. Also, barrow-wight types of ancient, bony undead are a rarity among high quality patreons, everyone just does mummies and vampires.

Filip Milinković

Honestly, if you put out a not-Tzeentch month that included Horrors and Flamers, you'd probably see a HUGE uptick in subscriptions, because that's the one thing literally nobody else is doing that I see people begging for everywhere ... plus, think of how fun sculpting a Lord of Change would be for y'all. :)

Christopher Bell

You know..... Based on the "vault of the drow" module series and cities like menzoberranzan... You could do a release with dark elves, demons, illithids (mind flayers), kuo-toa (deep ones), and vampires /undead.

Dwayne Hinton

More vampires please I use them for my dnd group and they love seeing a full vampire court throwing a party I'd love to have more to throw them an even bigger one

Mowcakes

Agreed

Neight

I have not been dissapointed in a set so far at all, They are all amazing works. I even upgraded my tier to get the expanded sets! I love these mythos ones as well, and see how at least some of these could purposed as peoples "Character Tokens" for table top gaming as well. I would love to see more sets that can function that way, perhaps a "Dragon Humanoid" or with a few hobbit/halflings etc tossed in. Keep up the amazing work folks!

Willa Wylde

Ok, I understand, it's a strange request, I know, but I would like a group of private investigators, fbi, cia, etc, to play Call of Cthulu. I can't find miniatures that fit for it. I think a month with some lovecraftian entities and investigation agents would be a good idea.

Samuel Bardisa

Good poll. Thanks! please share the results.

eyflfla

I'd love more underwater themes, and a wild west style would be awesome! I'm much more of a painter than a player when it comes to minis, so I don't have much preference when it comes to specific units and such, but your bigger, more "display" quality models are always so gorgeous, I'd love some more of those in each release~

Alayna

I think doing some sets in other cultural "fantasy"-esque settings would be good. Our world has produced some fantastic styles that all fit in the sword and sorcery realm. I'd love to see some asian culture and imagery come to life with your sculpts.

BrotherGlacius

Japanese mythology

Nico Ossirion

Just thinking about what I have bought your minis for (from Raging Heroes), and it is usually to add some diversity to something like my Astra Militarum force. I think your strengths are in making really expressive sculpts of humanoid bodies which certainly lends itself more to a fantasy world than a sci-fi one, but if you do go down the sci-fi route, I'd like to see something elf like. Just not evil elf, but maybe something like a tribal one (thinking exodite worlds) where you have elves hunting on the backs of dinosaurs with simple armor, but high tech weapons. Just my two cents.

Per-Olaf Swanson

I know you are pretty set on themes and a lot of patreons have done these but given your talent and what i use your mini's the most for, i would really like an "Adventures set". like a big range of classic heros. Rouge, bard, barbarian, cleric, sorcerer, wizard, knight, etc. etc. etc.

Brandon Oliver

I'd like to see more vampires!

Sam

I expect a solution on this before the end of this month, more coming soon on this.

Raging Heroes

Well, I answered all the questions and there are some ideas I am really hoping come to fruition in the near future. I like the idea of more large models, but I often enlarge my prints and do my own supports for them, anyway. That is why I love your centrepieces so much, they are gorgeous!!! Not so interested in Sci-Fi or Cyberpunk so much, but I did like the Cyberpunk from November, so I could probably be persuaded because of your style. As I print and paint my models rather than play, the styling is more important to me than the number and variation of characters like warriors or beasts. As you are ramping up the production schedule and now have the extra tier of Overlord, is there any chance of breaking the mould completely and going for TWO releases a month? I know it would cost extra, and it would need a lot of people to be in favour of it, for it to work. But if it did happen it would be fantastic IMHO. 😻😺😺😺😺

nightlurker

can secund taht as i had dataloss in the past and struggling to get everything back again without spending more money

Benjamin Walter

Voted

Ed Mimi

I think that addressing the backup and hosting of old releases is more important, can not understand why the monthly releases are not share in MyMiniFactory.

Hermann Hillmann

I'd like to see more larger models every month - the smaller figures are less interesting to me than a few very detailed large models (and not sets and scenery). I have a Elagoo Saturn printer and am not afraid to use it :-)

Shawn Kennedy

Great idea, I'll add this to our future surveys!

Raging Heroes

I am glad you did this to get our opinion what if we were to want part 3 of Greek or fairies those could always get more too lol keep up the great work I love all your releases thanks for being the best

Lisa Kellogg

Thanks for the chance to give our feedback…😊…here another input: The four Chaos Gods and their servants would be very cool as topic!!! 😊👍

Marc Schneider

more classic dnd monsters pls. That would be awesome. or make some “name” themes and add 1-2 monsters from dnd to this

Vasilii

Maybe it would make sense to start another poll asking what your patreons use your miniatures for. I would imagen that the majority of "painting only"-patrons would favour more themes/topics while more wargaming related patreons (like me myself) would appreciate more second sets to expand their range for the tabletop. For example (as i'm more the wargaming patreon) I'll use the Greek 1 and Greek 2 Set as an diverse Army in SAGA Age of Magic. With only one set I wouldn't be able to play nearly all units I can technically play etc. Besides that: Great work and surpreme quality! :D PS: Please do a asian-ninja-samurai-Mythology release in the near future ;-)

Christopher Sadlowski

What a good idea! I'm happy with pretty much anything, but it's nice to see that you want our input.

Rebecca Bridge

I'm good with what y'all do.
