OK, PLEASE read this to make make everything easier:

You agree to comply with the following:
You cannot redistribute, re-sell, or modify them in any way to benefit a third party; You cannot print them for someone else; You cannot sell your prints; You cannot cast your prints and sell them either; You are responsible for reviewing and complying with our Terms and Conditions here (pdf file).
2. Link is valid until May 30, 11:45PM PST (Pacific Time Zone). Download one Zip at a time and use 7Zip or WinZip to extract.
3. Right after downloading, UNZIP your downloads to check your files! An incomplete download will result in a corrupted archive, so you'll need to re-download the files again. Please don't wait until the month is over before you suddenly discover that your zip file is not working.

→HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Don't try to download everything at once: instead, please go inside the file folder structure, and download in smaller bites. Just make sure you are not missing anything ;) When you click on Download, Sync (the host for our files) first zips and encrypts the files before beginning the download. If it needs to zip a whole bunch of files at once, the message "Calculating" can take several minutes before download starts. For most patrons, this all works without any problem.
But not for everyone. There are some patrons for whom this just doesn't work well. And occasionally, possibly when everybody hits the server all at once, Sync can stay stuck on "Calculating" forever...
So we also provide an additional option to get all the files: we ourselves first zip the files of the full release before we upload them to Sync. We place them directly in the main folder, which also houses the entire release in smaller folders. However, these files contain the full release and so, they are big! Which is no wonder, because there is so much stuff on our monthly releases :) As it can happen on the Internet and depending as well on your internet connection, big downloads can sometimes fail, so you may have to re-start the download if that happens to you.

Just so you know what we've got to work with: the Patreon message is very 2001... We can't mark a message back as Unread once we've read it - which can be a problem if we need to sort out some issues before replying to you, so occasionally, despite our best efforts, a unanswered message can get lost in the long list of answered messages.
That's right, we can't even sort messages between read and answered, and we can't archive anything...
Despite such limitations, we manage, but don't hesitate to check back if something's amiss

I am on my 3rd attempt but its taking forever. I am assuming everyone is trying to download with all the updates before the files vanish forever in the ethos, this shouldnt be the way... The .lys files are just labeled wing(no indication of which side) and there is a grand total of 17. So are the .lys files missing from the center piece? Kerun has no .lys file at all. Mounted and unmounted versions Sacred scarab has no .lys files at all Its the last day of the month and your files are a crap show and people will be missing out with no way to go back and get them. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Also the naming is weird. Some files are part a,b,c,d while others are 1,2,3,4, some files the .lys and .stl are grouped together, other times they are a jumbled mess.

I have tried telling them that shortening the names of the files and sub folders will greatly ease this problem. But they didn't seem to listen. instead the folder and file names keep getting longer. For example... "\2021 - 02 (February)\A Dance with the Vampires\Supported\Blood_Cat_Vampire_Slave\Blood_Cat_03_Vampire_Slave" is way too long and most are longer than that. Use abbreviations and don't use repetetive names for every subfolder/file. That file path should read something more like "\2021 - 02 (February)\A Dance with the Vampires\Sup\BC_Vampire_Slave\03_Slave" half the legnth. A single file like that doesn't hinger much, but when EVERY file has needlessly long file paths and there are hundreds of files, it severely slows down their host server's ability to package the files quickly or even at all. I myself have tested this and talked to a few others who have as well. Correcting this may not fix everything all the time, but it should help alot and reduce the download prep times and/or keep them from timing out indefinitely.

I really like your minis and have supported you from the beginning as well as switching to Overlord tier as soon as it was available. I appreciate the rapid updates after initial release, MyAirBridge is a much better experience, and the models look as amazing as always. The release of the Carnevil-collection was also welcome, since that was how I first noticed you (unfortunately that was in february) so I was quick to pick it up - price be damned. But one fairly crucial note; on the 14th the changelog said that everything was complete. I downloaded it from MyAirBridge 3ish days ago, and the zips lacked some LYS-files here and there, and the tail of the mounted sunbird in a supported format. Going into MyAirBridge today reveals at least an .stl of that tail, but it has been uploaded silently way after we were told the collection is complete. I feel like there is still something wrong with the way you communicate internally, and it's a real shame. I'm a hobbyist who just wants the full collections, but pressumably someone on your team gets *paid* to make sure the uploads are done and communicated. And if *I* can take 10 minutes out of my day to crossreference the supported/unsupported folders, someone on your end should definitely be able to do the same thing. I feel this is important, as you still don't have a proper way for patreons to access the files after the links are killed at the end of each month.

Your point about releasing it as a whole instead of piecemeal has some validity and I won't argue against that. Perhaps they could release the unsupported files right away, and then release the supported files all at once when they're ready. I think they trickle them in so that they're at least giving the clamoring masses _something_.

2021-05-08 19:08:07 +0000 UTCMost of the time you can load all the files simultaneously in Meshmixer and they will all line up with each other and you can just combine them into one file. I did that with all the big monsters and printed them at 80% on my ender3. I also like to print the winged figures in one piece. The angels worked particularly well laying on their back.

At the time, they anticipated having it ready when the May release was ready. So, depending on your interpretation of that, it's either overdue or not ready to ship yet.

2021-05-05 04:58:37 +0000 UTCThe cure time should be fine, it comes straight from the cheat-sheet supplied by Elegoo for this printer and resin, but if nothing else works, I'll definitely try extending the layer cure by half a second. I hadn't thought about running calibration files. the Test prints that came with the printer came out perfectly, so it didn't occur to me, but that's good advice Thanks for the help bud :)

Google "Resin Exposure Finder" and watch one of those videos, then run several of the calibration STL files set to different exposures, and analyze the results to dial in the perfect setting. (I will say that 2.5 seconds on a Mars Pro 2 sounds low, the values I've seen for Elegoo usually run about 3.5) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9GwPEJ8Lq8 Another common tactic on support failure is to reduce your lift speed by 25-50%. 2021-05-04 23:30:01 +0000 UTCHi folks, looking for a little advice. I'm getting a roughly 50% failure rate on my Heroes Infinite prints. It seems to consistently be a case of support failure. My current settings are: Exposure - 2.5 Lift dist. - 5 Lift Spd - 65 Bottom Exp - 40 Layer height - 0.05 Retract Spd - 150 Im using a Mars 2 Pro, with Elegoo ABS-like resin Is there anything I can do to try and reduce the risk of this happening, or is it a case of needing to just create my own supports and making them a little less delicate?

You have 3 folders now: Kerun Aptrah, for a Solo version, Kerun Aptrah on Sacred Scarab, for a mounted version, and Sacred Scarab, for a solo version. the folder: Kerun Aptrah on Sacred Scarab have now all the files you need for a mounted version. i hope it makes sense !

2021-05-04 12:39:16 +0000 UTCThe Bastet Warriors seems to be bugged, the only one that work is the Bastet_Warrior_A_OFF It seems that the Kerun_Aptrah on Sacred Scarab of Resuscitation folder is just the Kerun Aptrah, there is no difference of the two folders (or are we to combine the Kerun Aptrah folder with the Sacred Scarab of Resuscitation folder?).
