I am so Bummed that I missed this one.

Scott Williamson

when are the files released at mmf?

Kai Ruhrmann

Nooooo, I missed the campaign. I had such a busy work week that I completely forgot it ended yesterday. I thought I had more time.

Peter

I am aware of the technology, but I doubt anyone has one of those printers around yet, they are really expensive yet. Also you don't need to sinter them, the printing process does that. The surface of the print is never really smooth due to the technology, so this is for large objects / industrial use as far as I am aware...

virtualmorrigan

I backed the entire thing because D&D Christmas 2021 sounds epic

ShiedmaidenSA

FYI to your team regarding the updates for this campaign...the ONLY notification I received from MMF about updates for this campaign was yesterday morning giving me a link. So as much as I like other aspects of this campaign running through MMF (vs. KS), the update notification didn't happen. So that's a problem they need to resolve.

Rob Leonard

If you print it with a metal powder and then sinter it in a kiln you can create cast objects. It's a neat process.

David

Do we not get this for being a patreon supporter like the other figures? Or is this extra content sold in addition?

Gawaiin Y

agreed a lot of the items are not useful as they arent not even dnd related... the entire cookie cutter and kids cartoon ornament and flat ornament collection are very lack luster. I'm also not sold that some of the designs are ment for 3D printing. They are either too big for resin printers but too detailed for me to want to do them on FDM, or look really tricky for FDM. Do some of them work and have moving parts? Can't tell if 3-5 of the models have separate pieces like the ornamental egg, astro lab type thing, the harry potter chocolate frog treasure box etc. A better look at some of the items and more information would be nice. And like many have said, just the miniatures pack only would have been nice.

Silverbeam Creations

I completely second this. Would gladly pay for a figures bundle, either here, or just buy off the site later.

Alison Gross

Interesting ideas, though I wouldn't use a printed candle holder unless I wanted to start a fire. I'd hope the artifacts are printable without the gemstones so one could put cabouchons in place there... Have to agree with previous posters, I'd be interested in the miniatures and some of the ornaments, but as a pack, there is is too much I could never use.

virtualmorrigan

yeah is it possible to make a tier where can you sell just the figures separately? love the minis but for me everything else is useless

Greg Kourakos

Is there anything that clearly defines the stretch goals yet?

Jonathan Watson

Loving this campaign. Looking forward to the stretch goals and hopefully will see more ballerina (Nutcracker style) and some little boy sculpts like the little girl and her puppy. I only ended up with boys! haha. You guys are awesome and l hope you do more of these type of campaigns in the future! The models are stunning and you can tell ALOT of hard work has went into this and on top of the amazing demons this month! <3

Michelle Oakes

Perhaps have the content remain exclusive to campaign backers for, say, a year. Then make the individual models available for purchase while a new holiday campaign is launched.

Rob Silvester

So, two questions. 1) There is absolutely no information on the campaign page regarding the criteria for stretch goal unlocks. Are these unlocked by funding level and if so what levels? Or are they social goals (likes, shares etc)? 2) There is also no information regarding merchant tiers or licensing. I'm assuming that due to the lack of this information, the entire campaign is limited to personal use?

Adam Winnett

No worries. Not disgruntled here at all. Still very happy to be your Patron.

Thanks for the great feedback! We're taking notes!

Raging Heroes

I'm gonna have to answer the same way as above: Not planned at the moment, but your feedback is appreciated and helpful!

Raging Heroes

Not planned at the moment, we've really priced the project as low as we could. But your feedback is appreciated and helpful.

Raging Heroes

Thanks Markus!

The license on offer does not allow for selling what you make. But your query is part of the conversations we're having.

Raging Heroes

Thank you Joey!

Raging Heroes

Thanks!! AFter some frantic weeks of work, sleep was heaven!

Raging Heroes

For me it's a great deal since I'll print almost everything (I just bought it!) but I definitely understand some of the above comments about it being a lot of money right at Christmas if your not interested in some of the items. I'd also love to see cookie cutters that are more D&D related like the ornaments are! I would definitely buy cookie cutters like that! I'm really excited to start printing! Thanks for all your hard work ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Desiree Francesca

Same as everyone else. There are a couple figures I'd really really like, a few things that might be cool, and a bunch of stuff that, while useful, I know I'll never get around to printing.

eyflfla

Are the character stls going to be available for purchase later on? My gf would kill me if I spent $70 and only printed 7 models from the ks

Vnicks

Yeah I was hoping for a Patreon Coupon too - i backed it because there are some of the things I really like, though now i sort of wish I did what Rob did, waited and then just bought the few i like at the premium price. Oh well.

Matt Horbund - Potent3D

Pretty much in the same boat. Amazing work, but realistically I'm probably never going print 95% of what's on offer. Not really a problem if there's only 2-3 minis of interest in a $10 release, but I can't justify it at $70. I'll just have to buy them individually at a premium price later, I guess. On the other hand, it means I'll finally have a reason to look forward to a sale (month 1 subscriber, already have everything).

Rob Silvester

any discount for patreon? there is a lot I don't want but every thing I want is in the biggest pack...

Northern Light

Fantastic work guys, Can't believe how great all these prints look, can't wait to get the files, particular looking forward to the Christmas Birds eye Bonnie 😍😍. Thank you

Mark Etherington

I can't even see them... ...can't zoom in on my phone so this looks dead to me just on the whole "sight unseen" issue. Any chance of links where I can zoom in?

James Kite

What if we want to sell what we make from this? Do we need a different license?

Carrie Schnieders

Mine either but it is 100% my wife’s taste and if I can get her something for 3D printing the more printers I can buy 😂

ResinandFilament

Luckily next tier is only $2 more 🙂

ResinandFilament

I'm really happy that this is absolutly not my taste.

Blackdeath's Realm

oh dang

Carrie Schnieders

like 10 minutes after opening...

Joy Doner

I just now here about this in my email and I was late for the first early bird. Wow that was fast

Carrie Schnieders

Well done for getting it out guys! You can go to bed now :)

Darque

OH WOW love everything here, you've completely knocked this out of the park! :O has a very 'harry potter + xmas' vibe to it, and I'm super ok with that! oh man my 3d printers are gunna be so busy...

Joey D

Wait, the campaign is running only for 7 days?????? Definitively i'm not going to be able to back it so nvm

Tomás López López

New to mmf campaigns. Do they normally list at what points the stretch goals unlock?

Stephen Cassel

You don't have to pledge straight away. The campaign's running for 7 days, just wait until it's almost finished and then pledge.

LordHoratio

This looks exciting but the old man hero mini looks just like the Malfurion model from Heroes of the Storm (he even has a Great Father Winter skin) and I can’t unsee it.

RathofKelly

And so as i thought ther is no option to pledge and wait till the campaign ends, I don't usually have the money at the start of this kind of campaigns so that option in KS gives me time to get the money, but with this I don't, I don't think I'll be able to back the campaign or maybe i'll be so tight but i don't know, i prefer KS for this kind of things
