Also I think Tarantino did a great job portraying the south as they were AT THE TIME. Poor, uneducated and fucking ruthless. This was all they knew however they thought they were superior to every one else in the country and thought of POC as nothing more than objects. So for them to highlight this aspect by just little scenes throughout the movie was amazing. Mostly by using the Character Dr King Shultz. He was using words IN HIS SECOND LANGUAGE that the Americans of the south couldn't even understand EVEN THOUGH ENGLISH IS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE. Another good example is Leo's character wanting to be called Monsieur Candy instead of Mr. Candy even though if you actually speak FRENCH to him it will upset him. Oh yeah and my best for last. Him naming his slaves after characters from the three musketeers and other works from Alexander Dumas even though HE HAD NO IDEA HE WAS BLACK. I loved it. Fuck White supremacy FUCK the lost cause myth and FUCK slavery. PEACE!

Here's some cool facts about the movie.: Leo had a breakdown on set from having to use the N word on set so much. Samuel L Jackson had to console him into going on with the role. When Django is at the bar and the Spanish man walks up to him and asks him what his name is and Django Spells it out for him and the spanish man says "I know," It's because that man is the Original Django from an oldschool western.. Dr King Shultz is played by the same actor who played "The Jew Hunter" in the movie Inglorious Basterds." Christoph Waltz. A phenomenal actor. I loved your guys reaction. It's always fun watching black and white people watch this movie together.
