2025-10-17 17:30:38 +0000 UTCbest movie about space truckers ever the part of the ship they take down to the planet is the ship. the rest is the cargo they're hauling. collate: collect and combine (texts, information, or sets of figures) in proper order. the fun part is i can tell you exactly how that self destruct works. it pulls the cooling rods out of a nuclear reactor after 5 minutes the reaction can't be controlled again and at 10 it explodes. she tries to stop the detonation because the alien is between her and the escape pod but by then it's too late. you should definitely watch aliens (director's cut) it's a horror action movie and generally considered one of the best action movies ever made. the original end of the movie had the alien taking her face and making the final log entry in ripley's voice at the time this movie came out, weaver was the least known of the cast and when she was the last alive everyone assumed she'd also die. now she's the most famous of the cast. it was a guy in a suit. anything in space did use a green screen. it didn't use computer generated images.

This movie was greenlit because of the extremely unimportant movie Star Wars, but was written before it. Ridley Scott has come out to say that he prefers the theatrical version of this movie. However, you need to watch the Special Edition of Aliens, it has additional scenes that clarify some plot points. Bill Paxton isn’t in this movie, he is in the sequel. In Aliens, it is mentioned on a screen during Ripley’s hearing that Lambert is a trans woman, born male but has changed to female. I saw in an interview that the crew believed that gender and sexuality will be more fluid in the future. In an early draft of the script had Captain Dallas and Ripley hooking up, but this idea was dropped. The very obvious sexual overtones to the design of the Alien plays to the theme of rape that plays an important part of the franchise.They have greatly expanded the lore of the Alien franchise with books and comic.
