Operating a bicycle, AT NIGHT….WITHOUT ANY KIND OF LIGHT(front or back) is flat out idiotic! Most bikes comes with reflectors on the wheels…however that can only be seen from the side!!! If you happen to pass an area where the street likes are out and a car notices you too late….PANCAKE!!!!!! Thank you OFFICERS for keeping Americans safe from our own stupidity! Sigh 😔

He wasn't if the right but the cops were wrong to that cop lying saying he got injured iv been hearing a lot of cops say that on a small charge just so they can make a felony case waste of time if you ask me cops try and say they never lie ha ha ha I had a cop say I spit toward them when I didn't it happens all the time just because there cops don't mean they always tell the truth
