Clones already knew that they would betray their Jedi commanders, they constantly refer to the “nightmare” that the clones always have. When the clone who malfunctions kills the Jedi he dies and says the the nightmare is over now. The nightmare is like a hallucination side effect of the chip in their brain. The “nightmare” makes them see all their Jedi commanders killed. But they likely don’t know the cause in their nightmare. Then they wake up and that dream is a driving force to continue fighting the war to prevent the nightmare outcome. They never bring the nightmare up to Jedi and they only talk about it amongst themselves. I wish they would have explained it more in the clone wars.

Millions of men manipulated against their will in mere seconds. Talk about no attachments. I hope the Bad Batch explores the PTSD that the clones must’ve gone through post order 66. Notice by A New Hope you don’t see clone troopers, they’re all replaced with second rate Stormtroopers in shotty armor and can’t hit the broadside of a barn.
This was excellent! Thanks guys.
