Fam...if you DON'T view Hamilton, whether for us or your own personal entertainment, you've taken the L. The Disney ads play down the Hip Hop aspect of the show, but the music is fire. You may not vibe with the historical part of it, but the story of Hamilton is a great story about an immigrant who changed the course of the US. Timely too, huh? Told you I was going to pester you. lol

So what the show is about is the founding of America. And yes, seeing it in theatre is much better than on Disney plus but it’s still worth the watch. The big deal about this is that it’s the original cast which you will not get in theatre. Its Lin Manuel Miranda’s biggest project. He wrote it. And it’s not a typical musical. There’s rap that’s heavily involved in which is unusual but works really well. Obviously the “founding fathers” were all white but he made sure to cast the best people and used people from all ethnicities to portray them. It’s a good watch. Will make you want to watch it in theatre even more. Give it a go. Good COVID-19 movie

When this Premiered on Broadway in the USA, Broadway is in New York., tickets for this play was $1000 a ticket. It was a huge Broadway Production, and stayed on Broadway for 4-5 years, now it's on Disney +. Ckeck it out if you like plays. I haven't seen it, cause I didn't have $1000 or Disney +.... lol

I am a fan from America, and I saw this both on D+ and in the theater...theater is better, certainly, but the D+ show is worth watching as well...and yes, it is the true story about one of the founding fathers of America done with a great deal of rap/hiphop as the dialogue...it is probably the most popular theater show on Broadway in the last 10 years.
